This notice explains how we handle your personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you are in the EU/EEA, the EU GDPR applies to you and this notice applies equally.

What We Collect, Why, And Our Lawful Basis:

Name and email — creating your account and giving you access to the course. Lawful basis: contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Payment details, handled by Stripe (we never see or store your full card number) — taking payment and keeping tax records. Lawful basis: contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Email and purchase history — sending course updates and our own related offers to existing customers. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

Email — marketing emails if you are not yet a customer.

Lawful basis:

consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed — making the site work, security and fraud prevention. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookie and advertising identifiers, actions you take on our site — measuring and improving our advertising. Lawful basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

Support messages — answering your questions. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

Our legitimate interests:

Running and securing our business, understanding which of our ads work, and telling our existing customers about related courses. We have considered your rights and do not believe this processing overrides them. You can object at any time.

Giving us your name and email is required to buy the course. Without it we cannot create your account or give you access. Everything else is optional.

Who We Share Your Data With:

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with these service providers, who act on our instructions under a written data processing agreement:

HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) — our website, checkout, email and course platform. United States.

Stripe — payment processing. Ireland and United States. Stripe is a separate controller for fraud prevention and its own compliance purposes; see stripe.com/privacy.

Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement, only where you have consented to advertising cookies.

Google — website analytics, only where you have consented.

Email and hosting providers used to deliver the service.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Sending Data Outside The UK:

Some of our providers are based in the United States. When we send your personal data outside the UK, we rely on one of the following safeguards: the UK Government's adequacy regulations, including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified under it; or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum. How Long We Keep Your Data:

Customer account and course access — for as long as you have access, then 12 months.

Payment and transaction records — 6 years after the end of the tax year, because we must keep them under UK tax law.

Marketing contacts who are not customers — until you unsubscribe, or 24 months of no engagement, whichever comes first.

Support emails — 24 months after the query is resolved.

Website and advertising analytics — up to 26 months.

Where we no longer need your data, we delete it or make it permanently anonymous.

Your Rights:

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected.

Erasure — ask us to delete your data.

Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.

Portability — receive your data in a portable format, or have it sent to another provider.

Object — see "Your Right To Object" below.

Withdraw consent — at any time, where we rely on your consent, for example marketing emails or advertising cookies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing we carried out before you withdrew it.

We do not make any decisions about you by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Use of Information:

Certain information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company's internet servers, including the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address. Under the UK GDPR your IP address is personal data, and we process it as described above.

The Site's various mailing lists, downloads, special offers, contests, registration forms, and surveys may request that you give us contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, demographic information such as your age and gender, and personal preference information such as your preferred software and interests. Information submitted at the time of submission will be used by the Company only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including without limitation the improvement of our products, services, and the contents of the Site. We share it only with the service providers named in "Who We Share Your Data With" above.

Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our company and products. You may always opt out of receiving future mailings as provided below. The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user.

The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company's rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

Children Age 13 and Under:

The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children aged 13 and under.

AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY.

If the Company discovers that a child age 13 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child's identifiable information from our records.
